candidates receive a response and the ones initially selected
are interviewed by BERKELEY EXECUTIVE to create
a short-list for meeting the client.

necessary arrangements are handled by us and the candidates
are fully briefed about the opportunity and the organisation.

clients receive both a verbal briefing and a booklet describing
the candidate in detail.

can supervise technical testing and arrange for psychometric
analysis if required.

can help with negotiating terms, drafting offer letters
and approaching referees.

are only approached at their place of work with the utmost
discretion. Often it is more convenient to make contact
in the evenings or at weekends.

details of clients' requirements or candidates' personal
information are revealed to third parties, without first
gaining the respective permission.
