New Business Sales Executive
Midlands and North
Up to £85k

The company is a well established and successful international supplier of software solutions in a niche market sector. Significant growth plans have led to the requirement of an additional New Business Sales Executive to join the sales team. Responsibilities are to generate new leads, achieve sales revenue targets through new business sales in a defined territory (Midlands and North), and to be responsible for the entire sales process from start to close, ensuring that the process is managed effectively. Candidates must have:an excellent track record in new business sales in a software solutions environment, strong negotiation skills, good project management background, excellent communication, presentation and client facing skills Any experience of facilities management, CAFM, property management, real estate industry or physical asset management applications using IT is beneficial but not essential. This is an exciting time for the company with growth planned for the UK and overseas. Salary is envisaged at up to £40,000 plus car allowance of £5,000, uncapped on target commission of up to £40,000 and excellent benefits. A higher reward may be considered for an exceptional candidate. This is a home based position, so all locations in the Midlands and North will be considered providing you are conveniently within reach of major commercial centres and transport links.


Senior Application Support - German speaking
South
Up to £35k

The company is a well established and successful international supplier of real estate software solutions. A Senior Application Support Specialist is required to work directly with a global premium client and will primarily support a European user base. In this role you will provide dedicated application support using the company’s proprietary enterprise real estate management software. Support requests can be of a technical or process related nature, but may be complex due to the high level of customisation that is typically done. You will be highly engaged in understanding the clients’ business processes and needs in order to help them maximise the value of their software investment. It is a requirement that you are fluent in German and English and have an understanding of accounting fundamentals. You must be able to demonstrate ability to work in a customer facing position and deliver exceptional results, troubleshoot complex software, hardware, or accounting issues. An understanding of SQL would be very beneficial as would any knowledge of web technologies, Windows programming and reporting software such as Crystal. Any experience supporting or implementing enterprise level real estate, accounting, financial, facilities management or physical asset management applications would be very beneficial. This is an important role within a growing global company offering opportunity for advancement. Occasional travel within the UK and internationally will be required. Salary is up to £35k plus excellent benefits. A higher reward may be available for an exceptional candidate.


Sales Executive
South East
Up to £90k

The company is a major international supplier of software solutions to the real estate sector. Very successful and established, their growth plans mean they are seeking a sales executive with a proven track record of sales at board level with leading companies. Knowledge of the property, real estate, physical asset management or facilities management CAFM markets is a requirement, although not essential if you can demonstrate significant experience of sales of high value software solutions with a financial content. You must have a proven and verifiable track record of managing successful sales processes at board level with leading companies. Travel within the UK and internationally will be required, and a second European language would be an advantage. Communication skills, influencing skills and a determination to succeed are a must. Rewards are high with a basic of up to £45k plus performance related uncapped on target commission of £40k plus excellent benefits. A higher remuneration is possible for exceptional candidates or those with an already established track record in the property software or similar sectors as above.


Project Manager
South East
Up to £55k

The company is a well established and successful international supplier of real estate software solutions. A Project Manager is required for the implementation of industry specific software solutions with end-to-end deliverable responsibility managing challenging projects. Applicants ideally should have experience of the property or physical asset management industries, but this is not essential providing you have a good understanding of accounting practices. You must have experience implementing software systems on large customer sites with multi-dimensional needs and priorities, a strong technical aptitude, project management and team leadership experience. Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness are essential, as are potential and a desire to build on an already successful career. You must be able to take full responsibility for an implementation project from inception to completion. Prince 2 experience would be useful. This is an important role within a growing global company offering opportunity for advancement. Travel within the UK and internationally will be required, and a second European language would be an advantage. Salary is up to £55k plus car allowance and excellent benefits.


Financial Consultant
London

M&A specialist company – all sectors – based in the West End requires an additional Executive. Chartered Accountant or Investment Banking experience (3+ yrs) – preferably both. Not necessarily M&A exp but must have general corporate finance experience. Will be responsible for seeing deals through from start to finish and will be working for more than one client at a time. Very incentive based and would not expect this person to bring in new business but would encourage him/her to move into such a role as they progress. Remuneration: base 40 - 50k and bonus expected to be another 40-50k.


Account Manager

M&A Executives

Additional corporate finance Executives are needed by this M&A specialist ‘boutique’ to handle assignments in the IT, telecoms and digital media sectors. The company has built up an impressive record for cross border transactions, particularly within Europe and the USA. You will be involved with clients from the initial sales meeting through to successful conclusion of the project. For some mandates, you may need to enlist more junior executives to help in the team and there is a research department which supports all group activities. The analysts are also available for specific projects, as appropriate. Candidates must have sound Mergers and Acquisitions experience, preferably gained from an investment banking environment and must display confidence in business development and professional delivery.
